The mission of the Mississippi Main Street Association is to provide visionary leadership, guidance and counsel to Mississippi Main Street communities through organization, promotion, design and economic development to make our cities and towns better places to work, live and play.

Mississippi Main Street Association (MMSA) is a state coordinating program of Main Street America and provides training and program assistance to 55 Main Street communities and network members in Mississippi based on the Main Street Four-Point Approach® - Organization, Promotion, Design and Economic Vitality. Since 1993, MMSA has provided more than $5 billion in public and private re-investment into Main Street communities.
