Flagship Revitalization Streetscape Plan, Pascagoula, ARPA

Main Street Pascagoula has strategically invested its ARPA funding to launch Phase 1 of the Flagship Revitalization Streetscape Plan, designed by Orion Planning & Design. This comprehensive plan outlines a series of block-by-block improvements across the Flagship District to enhance the overall downtown experience. 

The first phase focuses on critical updates to the Krebs Avenue parking lot, a centrally located hub within the downtown district. These initial improvements mark an important step toward our long-term vision of a more walkable, accessible, and visually cohesive downtown - featuring enhanced parking, improved pedestrian flow, and a unified streetscape aesthetic.
