Farmers Market Stage Area – ARPA 1 Investment

Using $100,000 in ARPA 1 funds, we constructed a multi-purpose Farmers Market Stage Area designed to support community gatherings, local vendors, and downtown revitalization efforts.

The project includes a permanent, raised stage suitable for live music, performances, announcements, and special events, creating a focal point for the Farmers Market and other community activities. The surrounding area was designed to allow for flexible vendor setup, public seating, and safe pedestrian flow during events.

Infrastructure improvements include electrical access for vendors and performers, improved lighting for evening events, and durable materials intended for long-term use with minimal maintenance. The space is ADA-accessible and designed to accommodate families, seniors, and individuals of all abilities.

This investment strengthens our downtown as a gathering place, supports local farmers and small businesses, encourages tourism, and enhances quality of life by providing a welcoming space for year-round community events.
