Downtown Lighting Installation, Moss Point, Placemaking USDA Rural Development

The USDA Placemaking exercise and report inspired a string light project on one block along Main Street. The project was presented to the merchants for input, and their engagement helped shape the project scope with the contractor, Frankie Brown. The lights were installed, and the merchants and the community are enjoying the ambiance.
